Enjoy a variety of beautiful views and landscapes while reaping the benefits of nature with a guided hike at Washington County Parks. Spending time in nature offers many health benefits. Moving your body (outdoors specifically) naturally decreases your heart rate and blood pressure, lowers stress, and increases energy, stamina and confidence. Hikes can be customized to fit your needs, whether you want a leisurely walk or more intense strength and fitness conditioning. Guide Liz Westerhaus will help you decide your course of action upon arrival. Trails are a mix of turf, gravel, grass, and paved routes. Please plan to arrive 10 minutes early with water and appropriate footwear (hiking boots or shoes). For ages 13+ (all minors must be accompanied by an adult).
